TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Ase Studio. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our studio services, including Yoga, Pilates and membership packages. By booking or purchasing any service or membership with Ase Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- SERVICES
2.1 Service Descriptions
Ase studio offers a variety of wellness and Wholeness services including but not limited to:
- Yoga
- Pilates
2.2 Service Providers
All services are performed by licensed and certified professionals. Ase Studio reserves the right to assign any service provider to clients based on availability.
2.3 Customization
While we strive to accommodate specific requests, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific service providers or customizations beyond our standard offerings.
- BOOKING AND APPOINTMENTS
3.1 Booking Process
Appointments may be booked via phone, our website, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability.
3.2 Appointment Confirmation
All appointments will be confirmed via email or text message. It is your responsibility to ensure we have your correct contact information.
3.3 Arrival Time
Clients are requested to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for their service. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling at Ase Studios discretion, with applicable fees.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1 Individual Service Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service price.
- No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
4.2 Group Booking Cancellations
Group bookings (3 or more people) require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking value.
4.3 Studio’s Right to Cancel
Ase Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to staff illness, facility issues, or emergencies. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged, and clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- PAYMENT TERMS
5.1 Pricing
All prices are as advertised on our website, in our brochure, or at our facility. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept cash, major credit cards, and gift certificates issued by Ase Studio
5.3 Deposits
Certain services or group bookings may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposit requirements will be communicated at the time of booking.
- MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES
6.1 Membership Types
Ase Studio offers various membership packages with different benefits, pricing, and terms. Details of each membership package will be provided upon request or at sign-up.
6.2 Membership Term
- Monthly memberships automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until canceled.
- Annual memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
6.3 Membership Benefits
Benefits may include but are not limited to:
- Discounted service rates
- Priority booking
- Complimentary services
- Product discounts
6.4 Membership Cancellation
- Monthly memberships may be canceled with 30 days written notice.
- Annual memberships cannot be canceled before the end of the 12-month term unless otherwise specified in the membership agreement.
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
6.5 Membership Transfer
Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.
- HEALTH AND SAFETY
8.1 Health Conditions
Clients must inform Ase Studio of any health conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect their treatment before any service is performed. Ase Studio reserves the right to refuse service if a client’s health condition contraindicated treatment.
8.2 Pregnancy
Pregnant clients must inform Ase studio of their pregnancy when booking. Certain services may not be suitable during pregnancy, particularly in the first trimester.
8.3 Safety Standards
Ase Studio maintains strict hygiene and safety standards in compliance with local health regulations. All equipment is sanitized between clients.
- CLIENT CONDUCT
9.1 Respectful Behavior
Clients are expected to behave in a respectful manner toward staff and other clients. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of service without refund.
9.2 Personal Belongings
Ase Studio provides lockers but is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Clients are advised to leave valuables at home or keep them secure.
9.3 Mobile Devices
To maintain a peaceful environment, clients are requested to silence mobile devices during their visit.
- PRIVACY POLICY
10.1 Personal Information
Ase Studio collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Our detailed Privacy Policy is available on our website or upon request.
10.2 Marketing Communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive marketing communications from Ase Studio. You may opt out of these communications at any time.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1 Service Outcomes
While Ase Studio strives for client satisfaction, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from our services.
11.2 Property Damage
Clients will be held responsible for any damage to Ase Studio property caused by their negligence or misconduct.
11.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ase Studio’s liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
- AMENDMENTS TO TERMS
Ase Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and at our facility. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Province], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
